Services

Initial Naturopathy Consultation (via Zoom, Australia-wide): $175 (60 mins)

This is a one-hour session suitable for new clients where Phoebe will take a thorough & holistic case history, and you will be able to share your health story and concerns in a supportive space. In this session all of your body systems will be reviewed to gather a clear and complete picture of your health. A unique treatment plan will be created after your consultation and emailed to you. Your treatment plan may outline your unique health goals, it may provide a summary of what could be going on for you internally to give you greater understanding about your body & skin, dietary information, lifestyle advice, information and dosage instructions on how to take any supplements, and it will outline a plan for the next steps forward. During this session Phoebe will also talk you through how to organise testing, which will help to support the direction taken in the next stages of treatment.

Follow-up Naturopathy Consultation (via Zoom, Australia-wide): $145 (60 mins), $125 (45 mins), $100 (30 mins)

For clients who have completed their initial consultation, this is a 30-60 minute session where Phoebe can assess your progress and ensure you are on the right track together, reset goals, provide education, coaching & support in regards to diet and lifestyle, address any challenges regarding adherence to and compliance with your treatment plan, & review pathology or other test results and use these to help make adjustments to your treatment plan & prescription. Each appointment, Phoebe will review your body systems and symptoms and over time, it can become clear what areas of your health need to be provided with extra support to achieve breakthroughs. Follow-up sessions are also a time to address additional concerns or symptoms you may have; as certain symptoms get better or as your skin clears, you might want to shift treatment focus elsewhere.

Follow-up sessions are key in naturopathy as this is where the deeper work gets done, over time, to get to the root cause of your dis-ease and slowly bring your various body systems and organs into harmony. A 45 or 60 minute follow-up session will likely be the length of your first follow-up to review your blood work, and is also available if you haven’t seen Phoebe in several months, have new concerns/symptoms you wish to address, or you just feel like a little extra time is needed.

Follow-up sessions thereafter occur generally every 4-6 weeks for the first few months and once results have been achieved, these sessions get spaced out to every 3 months + and provide a chance to check-in with Phoebe, streamline/reduce your supplements over time and refresh any scripts you might need.

A Note on Herbal & Nutritional Prescriptions:

Phoebe also uses Vital.ly which is a large, practitioner’s-only online dispensary, so you will be emailed a script to order any nutritional supplements that may be prescribed to you directly through this easy to use this platform. Costs of supplements vary and are not included in the consultation price.

An individualised liquid herbal formula may be included in your treatment plan and Phoebe will authorise this for you through Ariya Health, an online herbal dispensary. Please note that herbs are not included in the consultation price.

A Note on Testing:

At your initial consultation, Phoebe will discuss what testing may be required. At a minimum, a thorough blood test will likely need to be completed. In other cases, functional gut testing via breath and/or stool test may also support getting to the ‘root cause’ of your symptoms, so will be encouraged. Blood tests can be arranged through your GP, however certain markers may not be covered by Medicare and will need to be completed privately through Iscreen (this is an out-of-pocket expense). Phoebe will direct you on the best course of action in regards to testing. Functional gut testing will also need to be covered privately.

Phoebe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naturopathy from ACNT, a Bachelors’s degree in Communications & Journalism from UTS, is a member of the NHAA, & holds current first aid.
